Abstract: With the development of economic globalization, the phenomena of imbalance and great differences in regional economic development have become more and more serious.The research on the internal mechanism of regional economic competitiveness is the key to promoting economic development and enhance regional economic competitiveness.By staying focused on the regional economic competitiveness, this paper analyzed the regional competitive advantages in Zhangzhou and its resistance faced in the process of promoting regional economic competitiveness, and then put forward some countermeasures to speed up the promotion of regional economic competitiveness in Zhangzhou.
