Abstract: By taking the Afu farm in Yongan as an example and using questionnaire methods, this paper analyzed three major benefits of constructing the breeding center for rare tree species and its restrictive factors.Then, the strategic suggestions for strengthening the construction of breeding center for rare tree species were put forward from the four aspects of focusing on the cooperation of the government, industries, universities and institutes, strengthening quality supervision, increasing fund service efficiency, and introducing professional talents, thus to give the economical, ecological and social benefits of rare tree species into full play.
