Abstract: The rural “three-assets” problem is a matter of people’s vital interests and the safety & stability of society.The “three-assets” management is an image project of the Party in rural areas, as well as a harmonious project of the Party and government in building new rural areas.Based on the basic connotation of “three-assets” management, this paper analyzes the current situation of rural “three-assets” management in Xiapu County.Then, in view of the existing problems, a series of countermeasures are put forward to strengthen the “three-assets” management in Xiapu including creating the online platform to satisfy people’s right-to-know, forming the inspection group of “three-assets” management, implementing the system of annual work report of village director, etc.
