Abstract: The circulation of rural land use right is the basic nature of rural land circulation.Under the market economy condition, the product of rural economic development is the land circulation, which plays a very active role in the efficient allocation of rural land resources.Based on the regional location & current situation of land circulation in Baisha Village by field survey, this paper proposed the main methods to promote the rural land circulation in Baisha, and then in view of the problems existed in practice, some countermeasures were put forward to improve the typical rural land circulation in coastal areas of southern Fujian.
