Abstract: The service objects of property management in rural communities are the villages and small towns where farmers live together.Therefore, a civilized and institutional management way should be applied to manage the rural living area, thus to strengthen the construction of rural regional integration in the management model.This paper analyzed the typical management models of rural community property at home and abroad.Then, it explored the essential conditions for the implementation of rural community property management, and summarized the restriction factors for the development of rural community property.On the basis of the analysis, some corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
