Abstract: The rural land circulation in Fujian’s mountainous areas had small scale and slow speed, the reason for which was the restriction of various factors such as natural environment, social environment, etc.With the rapid development of rural social economy at present, it was quite necessary to improve the speed and expand the scale of land circulation in mountainous areas.On the basis of the investigation on the status quo of land circulation of Jiangkou Village in Nanping, this paper analyzed the problems existed in land circulation including low input-output ratio, poor information flow, imperfect system and mechanism, incomplete policy, etc.And then some countermeasures were put forward to promote the normalization and standardization of rural land circulation in mountainous areas.
