Abstract: As part of the new industries, the high-tech industry played an important role in promoting the new pattern urbanization construction.By establishing the coupling coordination degree model, this paper analyzed the coupling relationship of the two systems between the high-tech industry and the new pattern urbanization in Fujian from 2000 to 2012.And the results showed that Fujian’s high-tech industry and new pattern urbanization were still in a state of low coordination.Aiming at the current coupling characteristic, this paper put forward the policy suggestions to implement the highly coupling between the two systems.
