Abstract: By applying the corporate social capital theory, this paper analyzed the relationship between the social capital of director and the cooperative performance, and then built the analytical framework of the social capital of director effecting on the cooperative performance.Based on the descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire data, the effect of the social capital of director on the cooperative performance was discussed.Last, the countermeasures were put forward to accumulate the social capital of director and put it to work.
