Abstract: The paper discussed the concrete connotation of tea cultural creative industry, and then analyzed the present situation & existing problems in the development of tea cultural creative industry in Quanzhou and Taiwan.By using the SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Quanzhou’s cooperation on tea cultural creative industry with Taiwan were analyzed, and the results showed that there was a good cooperative foundation between Quanzhou and Taiwan.Meanwhile, based on the analysis, the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the cooperation of tea cultural creative industry between Quanzhou and Taiwan.
