Abstract: Mei county in Shanxi is one of the best production areas of Kiwi Fruit, and the yields of Kiwi Fruit in Mei county has been more than that in New Zealand. This paper analyzed the development of Kiwi Fruit industry in Mei county by using the method of SWOT, and discussed the model of storage and distribution of Kiwi Fruit in Mei county, meanwhile analyzed the existing problems. Finally, the optimizing strategies of the storage and distribution of Kiwi Fruit in Mei county were put forward in this paper.
