Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization, agricultural land and farmland have been used as construction land constantly and the number of landlost farmers increases. Consequently, it is a significant issue deserved people’s attention for the solution to the landlost farmers’ employment issues, the social stability and the construction of harmonious socialist society. This paper analyzes the situation and the main restraining factors of the landlost farmers’ employment in urbanization, and put forward the suggestions by combining the social reality.
