Abstract: In order to promote the development of agricultural economy in Fujian, Fujian agricultural management institutions create the good investment environment to attract investment, and Taiwan agricultural enterprises hope to obtain their maximum profits through the preferential agricultural policies in Fujian. By building the model of the static game of complete information between Taiwan agricultural enterprises and Fujian agricultural management organizations, this paper finds out the determination of a reasonable benefit ratio between Taiwan agricultural enterprises and Fujian agricultural management organizations is key for their cooperation. The solutions for further agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan including building the FujianTaiwan strategic alliance in terms of agricultural cooperation, constructing the agricultural pilot zone in the economic region on the west side of Taiwan Strait, and creating a good investment environment.
