Abstract: Fujian has the advantage in cooperation with Taiwan, agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan gains great achievements. But there are problems of shortage in technology spillover effect, competitive industries，finance and service trade. So we should seize the opportunity to develop agricultural technology, industry, to innovate agricultural finance and service trade cooperation.
