中国台湾茶叶国际贸易及其茶文化的历史变迁

Historical Changes of Tea International Trade and Tea Culture in Taiwan

  • 摘要: 台湾是中国产茶大省,在世界茶叶市场中占据独特地位。从荷占与明郑时期、清朝时期、日据时期、战后时期等4个历史阶段,系统梳理台湾茶业发展特别是国际贸易发展历程,并揭示在这一进程中茶文化随之变迁的总体风貌。认为品质的不断提升是台茶行销世界的重要原因,台湾茶文化发展轨迹同茶叶国际贸易命运息息相关,两者又受台湾历史和政治局势的深刻影响,与大陆茶文化同根相连,又别具地域特色。台湾茶业在外销不振的情况下,通过社会各界倡导的茶文化自觉,实现了内需市场的发展,这给大陆茶业以借鉴与启发。

     

    Abstract:  Taiwan is one of the major tea producing provinces in China, Taiwan tea occupies a unique position in the world tea market. This paper hackled the development of Taiwan tea industry and tea international trade systemically from four historical phases which included Netherlands’ colonial rule & Ming zheng period, Qing Dynasty period, the Japanese colonial period, after World War Ⅱ period, and revealed the change characteristics of tea culture in this process in Taiwan. The conclusion showed that the continuous improvement of quality was an important reason for Taiwan tea’s populace, the development of Taiwan tea culture closely linked with the international trade, both of them were impacted profoundly by the historical and political situation in Taiwan, and Taiwan tea culture connected to the same root of mainland tea culture but had the regional characteristics. Under the circumstance of tea’s weak export in Taiwan, all sectors of society advocated tea culture consciously which realized the development of domestic demand. And these would bring the reference and inspiration to mainland.
