Abstract: The problems of agricultural modernization are complex in Taiwan, especially, the problems of the land utilization and management are serious, and the core of the problems is caused by the imperfect legal system. From the agricultural law level of Taiwan, this paper discusses the relevant clauses and regulations about agricultural development in Taiwan agricultural law, and analyzes the existing problems. Then this paper puts forward the ideas that agricultural legislation should adjust timely and keep pace with the times, and agricultural legislation should be able to match the requirement of modern agricultural development.
