Research on Mechanism Innovation of Project and Disciplinary Management in Modern Agricultural Research Institutes—— Taking Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

The mechanism innovation of project and disciplinary management is one of the important starting points on the innovation of sci-tech management system in modern agricultural research institutes.This paper takes Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example to analyze the current situation and existing problems in the construction of project and disciplinary management.Based on the analysis, the countermeasures are put forward to innovate the construction mechanism of project and disciplinary management in modern agricultural research institutes.
